LOCAL Pick-Ups will receive Free Shipping as long as you choose the LOCAL option in the checkout process and are able to make arrangements to get your products locally.
AK and HI orders will add $3.50 to each of the above pricing tiers for shipment charges.
We DO NOT ship Internationally at this time.
The majority of shipments will be shipped using UPS. We reserve the right to choose the carrier that best suits the order size and that we believe will handle the shipment safely. INSURANCE is available for purchase on all orders (see below). If you do NOT purchase insurance then your package will NOT be insured. Once an order is picked up by the carrier we are no longer responsible for the condition of the products.
If you DO purchase insurance and your shipment arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately so they can notate it. Hold on to ALL items and packaging so that the carrier can investigate if the need arrives. We will file a claim on your behalf and keep you up to date on the status. Once a claim is paid we will reship a new product(s) to you to replace the damaged item(s).
We DO NOT accept returns due to the nature of our products. Order smaller sizes of an item if you are unsure if you will like something.
Estimated shipping charges will be applied at order checkout. When the order is ready to ship you will either be invoiced/billed for any remaining shipping due us to reach actual shipping charges OR you will be sent a refund if the shipping has been overpaid.

$0-$50 order = $1.75
$50.01-$100 = $2.75
$100.01-$150 = $3.75
$150.01+ = $5
